Because of its popularity at least in the eastern part of Batangas, there are as many styles of cooking lomi as there are eateries, panciterias or restaurants offering the dish. * Pares also known as beef pares, is a term for a serving of Filipino braised beef stew with garlic fried rice, and a bowl of clear soup. It is a popular food particularly associated with specialty roadside diner-style establishments known as Pares Houses (or paresan in Filipino, akin to tapsihan for tapsilog) that specialize in serving these type of meals. In recent years, it had also become a common dish served in small eateries called karinderya or carinderia that serve economical meals for local residents. * *Source: Wikipedia Watch more food videos: 1) Lomi : https://youtu.be/g6B97s_1D6Y 2) Special Beef Pares and Mami : https://youtu.be/tc1BM8vFtUE 3) Beef Pares: https://youtu.be/vIh69gQdSBA SUBSCRIBE : https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCx7rjL6Y_wyPqFNAYlZaR-w If you like our videos please LIKE, COMMENT and SHARE our videos.
